LFG Two friends new to Roleplaying Mon/Tues Afternoon/Evening EST

Hey, a friend and I have been looking at getting into roleplaying. I was thinking either D&D5e or Stars without number. I have been watching games on twitch for a few years so i have the basics understood (and also just got the 5e handbook and swn player guide). Due to our schedule (mine mostly) the only days we would have to be able to play together is Monday or Tuesday after 5-6pm EST We are looking for a game group that will help us as we learn the system, but also provide a rich world with difficult choices.

Hey if you wouldn't mind another newbie tagging along Tuesdays work for me it would be about 1 PM or so here on the west coast. But I would be interested in joinng your group.

Well Mon/Tues is my only day off so if you don't mind another person tagging along I would be interested in joning the group.

Lmao. I sortof qualify as a GM. I've ran D&D 5E games. I'm by no means an expert tho! I've been told I am too nice to my players so maybe thats a good thing haha. Either way. I'm hosting a game in a few hours or so, if i get enough players. But if not just send me a pm during the week and I'll set up a game for the four of you and prefferably one more. The one session campaign i'm trying to perfect has got some daunting combat and took us about 3h30 but might be more or less cause i've made some changes to make it better. So, to summarise. I can DM for you. I have a game already set up and ready. Hit me up whenever. If you find one other dude you've got a full party suited for my game. -Tim

I got a PM from someone who said they can DM if we push it back to 8pm est (i think on tuesday). added him on skype and waiting for a reply. But Tim if you are willing i'll be home in about 2 hours and would be up for something if we can get something going.

It's strangely quiet today. been looking for a game myself but since no one was hosting i decided to put a game up myself, and I've got barely any replies on it xD i invited one other guy to play, and i have my game listed on the forum, so unless we have 5 players in the next two hours i'm down. hey. tim ran one last night. but i've been talking to someone that i thought said he went through and sent you messages. i'll send him your name so he can contact you. the time on his campaign says 16th (next tuesday) but the impression i got was that it was tomorrow.

I did indeed host a game, but It went very well so i'd gladly host another if you guys can assure me there will be enough players this time :p cause we lost some people last time. :) let me know ;)

I'll add to this that Tuesdays work for me as well as Mondays (though a bit later on Monday), and if you guys are going to throw together a party for this, I'd be interested in being that 5th player you were looking for. Roasted, I have a feeling that you and I have watched the same vids on Twitch, and I'm interested in getting into some roleplaying myself. Let me know what's going on, and if you need a 5th player, I'd be happy to tag along.
