Semi-Experienced player LFG for weekday game

Looking for a game during any week night. I live in EST timezone. I have experience in D&D 1st + 2nd editions, also some Dragon Age RPG experience. Hey I'm looking for a 2ed game too and I'm in EST. I'm having some trouble finding a game though. :( I figured I could hijack your thread and we could try to generate some interest and find some other players plus someone to DM, then we'd be all set.

I'm currently dming a game irl, however, the rules aren't all the same.  We've thrown a lot out hahaha (new players).  However, I could read up more to remember what I threw out, and possibly dm a 2e game.  I have all of the books for it.  How long have you guys played?

I might be interested depending upon the day.

there is a group calender that needs to be filled out so we can get the schedules set.  That way we can create characters for you guys.

We play gmt+1 time from 6-8pm, it is a text based game on roll20.net with OOC skype chat, next game is 29-06-2013. My english is a bit rough as i am from Montenegro europe, but i can hope i can do it good and i am still learning to use roll2o.net :) my skype is milos.gulan98

That sounds good to me. I noticed the availability for Brian B. wasn't on the calendar yet though. Also, do you guys want to talk characters? I have a preference for playing a cleric but I can manage something else if that's a problem.&nbsp;

Thursdays sound good to me at that time, also as far as a character goes I was thinking about playing a Ranger but can also play something else if needed.

Well, I was thinking I would like to play a spear-toting warrior of sorts, or a well rounded mage. But if I go magic, I know for a fact I never used the actual game mechanics (we were all kids, we just wanted to blow things up in a magical universe), so I would need a refresher in that.&nbsp;

i dont use the spells per day I have house rules on that to be honest, depending on the class you want to roll. &nbsp;I have really made casting/majority of the game basic and very simple so anyone can play

basically everyone should come up with a premise of the character they'd like to play and thursday at 10:30pm est we'll get a session going to create characters.

I don't suppose you'd let us roll ahead of time?&nbsp; I usually base a character concept on where the dice fall, nothing worse than having a character concept and then not getting the stats to support it.

As well as people that have trained him/her, and someone who could be considered a rival/villain of that person. &nbsp;Basically, get a back drop of characters so I have something to work off of to make adventures better.

Hi Guys. I was curious if you had any room for a semi newb player. I have only ever played 2nd edition and that was for a short time over 10 years ago. My books got "lost" and I have since re-ordered the players handbook. Hopefully it will get here in the next week so I can brush up on character generation. If you have some patience and space, I'd love to give your group a try.
