- Nephrite Class: Homeworld Scout (4d7 - 32 pts) Weapon: Gem-Powered Blade-Bow (3d10 - 33 pts) Historian (2d6 - 14 pts) Scientist (2d6 - 14 pts) Musician (1d6 - 7 pts) Flaw: Severe Trust Issues Points Spent: 100 Dance: Ballroom Slow-Dancing (1940's era) Nephrite's Gem is located on her forehead, and generally draws her weapon as a sword first, which expands as she prepares for combat. Like Pearl and Peridot, Nephrite's Gem does not have any facets. When the Crystal Gems first opposed the Homeworld, Nephrite fought against Rose Quartz and the others, serving the Homeworld as a scout and spy to keep tabs on the enemy as the battle went on. When she was eventually caught, she was challenged by the Crystal Gems with mercy, and when she attempted to return to the Homeworld, was threatened with treachery by her own comrades. From that point forward, Nephrite could never bring herself to trust so easily. The only Gems she could adequately look to were Rose Quartz, Garnet, and Pearl. When Rose gave herself up, Nephrite decided to leave the company of the other Gems, taking on the mission she accepted for the defense of Earth by herself. (By Pearl I think we've done it! If there's something wrong with the backstory or any other aspect of this character, please tell me!) (EDIT: Changed the image for Nephrite's weapon.)
