Hello, I was planning to run a game for some friends tonight, but most of them ditched moments ago, so we need players. It's text only BTW: Here's the setting: Odd reports have been spread about Therfield Village, some say it's cursed, some say ghosts are possessing its people, that a witch haunts the village, that perhaps an ancient evil has been uncovered in the nearby forest. Every kind of rumour has been heard about Therfield, they are all different and varied and most of all nonsensical. Only those living in Therfield know the truth. Their church has sent monks and clerics to plead for the mercy and kindness of anyone willing to help the village, telling everyone that its people suffer and they are helpless against the threat that haunts them. Recently, official papers with the village mayor's signature and seal have come out of the village. These papers speak of a great bounty to anyone who can help and save the people of Therfield. But... It's odd, nor the monks nor the bounties say what the problem is. Only that the village desperately needs help.
