New DM wanting to learn....need advice.

i am looking for a way to learn to DM better using the roll20 system. Shortcuts, macros, utilizing utilities, making maps, ect. if there are good resources or a way to shadow a DM that would be great thank you for any advice you can offer

I run a 5e on Monday nights 6:30pm GMT-7 If you want to shadow for a session, it could easily be done.

We're a small group of DMs who share tips, advice, and resources, as well as run training sessions like how to Roll20. You're more than welcome to join up!

I would love to look at the DM League site as well. Im going to be starting up a 2E campaign very soon and need all the advice I can get. Right now Im still struggling with the lighting effects.

You can watch some Rollplay videos as well as Roll20's official stream. They're more narrative though so if you're looking for preparation advice token wise there are some twich streams such as Tabletopping that are pretty well prepared.
