I've started having this problem this past Sunday. It the API script editor, the scrollbar automatically scrolls back up to the top whenever I try to scroll down in it.  I don't seem to be having this problem anywhere else.  Also, I am using Chrome v ersion 27.0.1453.110 m.

I also am having this problem and have been for the last two updates. If you close chrome entirely and reload it, it will go away for a time.

It actually happens everywhere on the site, though it seems to be tied to specific zoom settings in chrome (when alt+mouseWheel'ing) when it happens to me.... I'm just trying to think if its ever happened offsite (I don't recall it doing so) but If it does, I'll let you guys know

Yes, PC. It happens to me both in the editor and in the console log. Also, thanks for that observation Michael! Indeed, setting the Chrome zoom settings back to default made it stop autoscrolling.

yea, it drove me nuts, I can't do anything from my laptop because I HAVE to zoom out to really see anything at a decent size, (can't stand large text), that's how I figured it out. so you can thank my laptop i guess :P
