If you follow my FB page for my freelance art  you'll know that I've become obsessed with 3D sculpting in ZBrush. I'm strongly considering making future PixelFigs packs fully sculpted 3D models. This will allow the following things: 1. Variations on the same model. That is, I could sculpt an Orc base, then re-pose and re-color and re-arm and re-costume him / her many times in the same set to satisfy those of you who have enthusiastically requested these "variation on a theme" packs, like "Elves of Every Class", etc.  This also means larger packs with more content per pack than previous PixelFigs offerings. 2. It would allow me to use these same models to create the isometric views that I have been asked about. This would be easily done by posing the model, shooting it in a standard isometric view, and publishing it as a 2D .png image for those who prefer something other than top-down. 3. 3D printing of my PixelFigs on-demand. I could easily set up a service through which the actual miniatures could be ordered. I would send the order to an off-site 3D printing company who would then create plastic or metal or resin versions of the PixelFigs for use on traditional game tables for those times when you just plain want to roll the dice on a real table and still use PixelFigs as your preferred game miniature. Allow me some months to get a full handle on ZBrush and then consider exactly how this will all roll out. I should get the official US Patent Office approval on my registered trademark for PixelFigs by then, and I'll be the sole owner of the term for every purpose a PixelFig can be used. Pretty darned neat, and I'm excited at the prospect of my first-ever registered trademark. I think PixelFigs can be even bigger than I thought at first, and I think it can serve many more of your needs as a customer if it goes the path of fully-custom 3D sculpted models. Thanks for your patience and enthusiasm for PixelFigs.  You absolutely, positively, ain't seen NOTHING yet. --Fred
