Chat Archive doesn't show Roll Template results on first login

Slight bug: If you have your browser settings to effectively clear cookies after you log out, when you first log into roll20 if you immediately go to [My Campaigns] > [View Details] > [Chat Archive], you won't see any of the results that come from a roll template. Regular dice rolls and inline rolls within a plain text post are present, but any results that were outputted in Roll Template form are blank - there's just a blank line from the player/GM where the Roll Template should be. However, if you clear cookies, log into roll20, go to [My Campaigns] and first launch the campaign, then view the Chat Archive, the Roll Template results are present. I have investigated to see if there's a cookie missing involved both before and after I launch a campaign, but the number of cookies is the same. (Assuming this is somehow related to cookies in the first place.) OS: Windows 7 HP, SP1 Browsers tested: Firefox 38.0.5. Set your Privacy settings to [Clear history when Firefox closes] and chose everything under History: Browsing & Download History, Active Logins, Form & Search History, Cookies, Cache. Close Firefox (to clear history), then log into Roll20. Immediately go to [My Campaigns] > [View Details] > [Chat Archive] (Do not launch the campaign.) See no results from Roll Templates Chrome 43.0.2357.124 m Set your Content Settings to [Block Sites from setting any data], Checkmark [Block third-party cookies and site data], and include the Exceptions of: marketplace.roll20.net [*.]app.roll20.net roll20.net to [Clear on exit] Clear Chrome's browsing data, then log into Roll20. Immediately go to [My Campaigns] > [View Details] > [Chat Archive] (Do not launch the campaign.) See no results from Roll Templates. Character Sheets tested so far : Savage Worlds Tabbed, Dungeons and Dragons: 5th Edition (Shaped) EDIT : Did some more testing. Regular roll templates via the Attributes/Abilities tab using the Default Roll Template on a Character's sheet work. Roll Templates via the Savage Worlds Tabbed and the DnD 5e (Shaped) character sheet exhibit the bug listed above. I've already mentioned this bug to the SW character sheet maker and they're not familiar with the chat archive - I don't know if this bug is due to roll20 miscommunicating with the character sheet or vice versa.

You say, immediatly and at first, does that mean that after refreshing the roll templates load into the chat archive after clearing your cookies?

I just obliterated specifically the cookies on Chrome Version 43.0.2357.124 m, on a Win 7 Pro SP1 computer, and saw the bug occur, so it's not Browsing History/Cache related (at least for Google Chrome) - it's somehow a cookie issue, I think. EDIT : Just made a new test campaign and tried with a different character sheet ( Dungeons and Dragons: 5th Edition (Shaped) ) and confirmed that this bug also occurs in a different character sheet, so it is not tied to only the Savage Worlds Tabbed Character Sheet . If cookies are cleared, roll results from the Character Sheet that are outputted in Roll Template form are initially blank in the chat archive until something is "initialized" after launching the campaign. Plain dice rolls, inline dice rolls, and roll results that are outputted via the Default Roll Template show up fine without needing to launch the campaign.

Thanks Toboe, I was able to replicate this on my end following your step by step instructions. I've made the other devs aware of this bug and reply back here when the issue has been resolved.
