The system may be in indefinite hiatus at the moment, but it still deserves to be played! For those unaware, Legend is basically a massive redux of the d20 System that became distinct enough to be considered its own game. Most notable about it is the Track system, which divides every class into 3 distinct sets of abilities, called "tracks", which can be traded for others more-or-less freely. Also, it's a basic assumption of the game that any ability can be refluffed; you can build a space marine on the exact same set of abilities one might build a raging barbarian with. You can grab the pdf for free here . I'm also quite open to homebrew, though it's usually simple enough to refluff existing material. Anyway, I've been wanting to run a game in this system for some time, but I am lacking in players. I have a few campaign ideas already kicking around in my head, though I'm open to any suggestions about setting, theme, or even genre. A few random ideas I have: Conversion of the D&D 3.5 module "Red Hand of Doom". I can run this one in a generic D&D style setting (or a specific one, such as Eberron), or in basically any other setting, though it would take some work to adapt it things with drastically different tech levels. I have most of the materials set up for this already, could begin play within a few days with ease. "Starfall/A New Dark" PvPvNPC game (player vs player vs NPC) where each side has to work to overcome both the other party as well as save the world from destruction in their own way. A much more complicated idea, and which would require far greater coordination between players, but I think it could be a lot of fun. I have a plot in mind for this, which I don't feel like giving away, but it's a standalone sequel to a D&D adventure series called "The Drow War" (not that the drow will be super significant). The players would likely be [Legendary] in this campaign "When Worlds Collide", an epic adventure spanning multiple universes and settings. PCs can be drawn from any setting/genre, game would revolve around political and military conflicts between worlds of wildly differing magical and technological levels. (Mildly silly idea) An adventure set in the magical lands of Equestria, where the Princess of Sun and Moon watch over their little ponies. Little more than an idle thought of mine, but I could easily make either a serious or light-hearted campaign around this idea. In either case, the 1st or 3rd ideas above could work with colorful talking equines, or I could come up with some other plot. Less sketched out ideas: urban fantasy mystery (somewhere between Dresden Files, Shadowrun, and World of Darkness), an Oriental Adventures-style campaign, Hollywood action hero (each session would be one "episode" of an ongoing action hero series I'm looking for at least 3 players, but I'll try to accept as many as I can (which is potentially quite a few if we play "Starfall/A New Dark"). I'm available weekdays from 6 pm to midnight, Central time, but I'm rather flexible in regards to which days we play.
