[5E] [D&D] DM LF Players for a roleplay-heavy, sandbox-style homebrew campaign. Wednesday 8:00 PM CEST.

I'm a DM looking for 4-5 roleplay-loving players to launch a weekly game on Wednesday at 8:00 PM CEST. The campaign will take place in a fairly low-magic world and offered in a sandbox-style. This means you will be free to do whatever you want to do. After the first session and initial story and introductions, the characters decide where to go next and what to do next. What you should bring: - Time. I invest time and I expect you to invest time as well. - Dedication. Design a character you care about, write up a backstory that means something and that has impact on how you act. Be what you want to be and see where it goes. - Voice. It's somewhat obvious, isn't it? I understand everyone who's shy and doesn't like to be the center of attention, but if you apply I want you to be willing to speak up and live your character ( and this will happen via skype ). - Tolerance. Don't expect people to act like you would act. In character interactions can always escalate, they are even expected to do so. But afterwards there should be room to speak about what happened and to resolve the conflict. I personally don't care whether you have 30 years of experience or are totally new to this, in general, everyone is welcome. And those who aren't used to the system will receive as much help as they want. p.s.: english is not my native language, so a few confusing moments are guaranteed. Also... should this post seem familiar that's mainly because it is close to a copy of my saturday game. What a coincidence!
This sounds like gold to me, I would love to join, and glad to have someone who loves dedication as much I as I do.

I would love to get in on this. This is... well, my previous game fell through because I tried to focus the game more on RP and non-epic gameplay when the group had no direction, and the GM was not very happy with the non-epic-tier route I was going. Given that, I think this is the perfect place for me to start anew, and I look forward to any and all chances to play in this game, if you will have me. One question though. When you say low magic, do you mean it is uncommon and not fully understood (I like that), or do you mean it is less powerful overall, instead (Which I can get behind too, just wondering if I played a wizard, would it be nerfed? It might colour my choices a little. Much as I like RP, mechanics do affect things somewhat, whether I want them to or not. It is a slight fault of mine.)
Hey there, this seems right up my alley! Sandbox games are my favorite, and i always like relatively low-magic setting with still some magic, like game of thrones. In addition i've been looking to play a particular character that fits kind of well into the whole low magic idea (a warlock who was first just a normal mercenary, who made a deal with the "devil" by chance and force of personality - simply by beleiveing he would do anything not to die) but i'd also be very willing to drop him and come up with someone completely different. The Core and most fun part of TTRPGS to me, is creating awesome characters, and i'm always willing to compromise and play something the party needs. As far as my experience goes, i have decent experience in pathfinder and Stars without Number, but even though 5e is the reason i got into roll20 in the first place, it's been very hard to find a good 5e game. All my 5e experience is in a few one-shots and watching a regular 5e campaign on youtube. I do have the book and supplements, and i have a microphone (but no cam, if anyone cares)
I am interested in joining and am available every Wed. Lots of experience with every edition of DnD, and I have been DMing since highschool. Roleplaying does take me a while to warm up, as new groups can be overwhelming. There are several character ideas I have floating around, and usually prefer to play a surporter role.
I am very interested in joining this. I love the style that you're going for, so if you still need people please PM me.
I'd like to join this as well, I really love Open sandbox games and I have nothing to do wednesday nights, PM me if there are positions still available.
After the first session we're looking to replenish our adventurers ranks. We have space for 2-3 additional players, who are willing to start on 2nd level.
