I can't log on to my my GM's game either, tried using google chrome, google+ (in google chrome), Firefox and google+ (in Firefox) The game i'm trying to connect to is called Shadowrun Food fight. Never finishes loading, just sits on the leading screen. nothing happens.

I think I have fixed this, give it a try. There was a bad character in the "Elf Battlemage" character's bio.

Either you or the GM fixed it, we were able to log in. i had him copy the text into note pad then into roll20, in the hopes it would "cure" any errors the text might have had. In any case, we are able to log in. Could you please tell me where/what the error was?

I'm having the same problem. Tried my game in Chrone and IE with Chrome frame. It hangs on the loading screen for myself AND all of my players. Awesome.

Yeah, I'm the GM and got kicked out of my game. So all but one of my players and myself are patiently waiting for me to get in and start but we can't get our screens to load. But this only happened about ten minutes ago. We were on it for the last hour or so.
