I'm not hosting a DnD game, but I am hosting Hackmaster (a glorious, sort-off offshoot of AD&D). It's a little notorious for being more difficult than DnD in the earlier levels (let's face it, if you're 4 guys against 10 goblins, chances are you'll walk away almost dead instead of breezing through). It plays like DnD but the biggest difference is the combat which is much more realistic, more responsive, has more room for action (there isn't exactly a "wait your turn" kinda thing, combat is measured in seconds and each action takes x amount of seconds, etc), and is overall more enjoyable in my opinion. Anyways, I'm Gm'ing the game (my first time, I'm trying to learn) but there is a co-dm who's a friend of mine and will be helping not just me out, but anybody new to RPGs or Hackmaster. Game is being played Sunday. Current time is 1:00pm Central, but it's up for discussion and changing since we do not have a full roster yet. First game is scheduled to play next week, the 28th of June. If you have questions, go ahead and ask me. Or you can check out the LFG page for more info: https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/26761/hackmaste... Thanks for your time, and I hope you're interested in playing!
