Alt-Click on Token will not open the related Character Sheet

Detailed Description: I stumbled across this while trying to open character sheets from tokens. The issue is, when I try to Alt-Click on a token to open the related sheet to the Attributes & Abilities tab, as listed here: <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Token_Features" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Token_Features</a>, the character sheet does not open. Furthermore, after I try this, I can no longer open the related character sheet unless I exit the campaign and go back in. Refreshing the page does not fix it. No message or pop ups of any kind appear, and my API's aren't crashing (my first thought was that an API was causing this). Shift-Double clicking the token works fine, as does Shift-Clicking the settings button. I have tried Alt-Clicking the token, Alt-Double Clicking the token, Alt-Clicking the settings icon, and Alt-Double Clicking the settings icon. Character sheets are the standard 5e sheet, this occurs for both the NPC and the PC version. It only seems to impact the related character sheet, as other character sheets continue to open fine from either Journal or from tokens using the Shift-Click methods. To Reproduce: Create a link between a token and a character sheet. Drag the token out to the map. Make sure the character sheet is closed. Alt-Click on the token. Go to the Journal and try to open the related character sheet. Setup: Windows 7 Chrome 43.0.2357.124 I have Adblock Plus 2.35 as a browser plug in, but it is set to "disabled" for Roll20. If there is any other information that would be helpful, please let me know. I'm not including screenshots at this time, as I didn't think they would be helpful.

Hi Stephen, Alt-Double Clicking the token will open the Character with the Attributes and Abilities Tab selected. I verified that it is working and corrected the wiki documentation. Would you mind trying Alt-Double Clicking a token again to verify it is working for you? If the problem persists, we can dive into deeper debugging.

Just as a followup, you don't have the Character Popped out, do you? It appears Alt-Double Click will not bring forward the Attributes and Abilities panel for a Popped out Character.

Hey Aaron, I do have the Character Sheet popped out when doing this. I unchecked the box and the Alt-Double Click worked as expected. I switched it back to Popped Out, and the issue occurred again. Character sheet doesn't open, followed by not being able to open it again until I exit the game and rejoin.

By chance is it 'minimized' into its little transparent box? If that is already out, it won't 'open'

If it is, I can't find it. I made sure to test with character sheets I had yet to access during that session. A second Chrome window doesn't open, and I can't find a box anywhere on the screen. It's definitely possible that it's opening in a "minimized" box, and I'm just not finding it. I'll try testing again tonight.

Let's get a baseline going by running the standard debugging instructions: Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you. Pay special attention to getting step 4's log and pasting it in here. Ideally, you should capture the log while the behavior occurs.

Okay, sorry for the delay in testing. I downloaded Firefox and was able to get the sheet to open by Alt-Double clicking. Since I was able to do that, I disabled all the Chrome add-ons I use and cleared the cache. I restarted Chrome, still having the same issue. I'll paste the console log generated when I recreated in my next comment.

It's odd. I created a blank campaign, and this didn't occur, so it's certainly something specific to this campaign. I looked at many of the images mentioned in the log, and I'm not aware of any having issues in the campaign (some we've been using for months at this point).

Can you private message me a link to join your campaign? If it is campaign-specific I can investigate and see if I can determine the issue. Have you tried copying the campaign and seeing if the issue persists?
