Infinite Deck not Randomizing

Scenario: Attempting to set up a game of Ticket to Ride: Europe. As there is a deck of of 225 cards normally, I was inclined to make the deck infinite instead of waiting for each of the 225 cards to be loaded up. If there is a way to automatically populate a deck with multiple copies of a card, I'd love to know what it is, but it doesn't fix this bug. Description of bug: 9 cards in deck (Black, Blue, Green, Purple, Orange, Red, White, Wild, Yellow). Deal 18 cards Red Green Blue Orange Purple Yellow Black White Wild Red Green Blue Orange Purple Yellow Black White Wild Notice that after the first nine, the pattern repeats itself. This behavior is observed in all patterns above the 9 cards in the deck. Also, if, in this same scenario, 10 cards are played on the table from the deck, then the 10th card will be identical to the 9th card. The same applies for every subsequent card afterwards, including cards dealt to player hands
Also, after attempting to "Recall All", the cards that were in player hands were not recalled

I believe this is intended behavior for "infinite" decks. It works well for things like handing out Fate Points or Bennies, less well for random results. Have you tried using a rollable table instead?

In my opinion, infinite decks does not work well for handing Bennies out, at least in the Savage Worlds sense. By the SW RAW rules, bennies don't get saved between sessions, so if there are leftover bennies that for whatever reason were not used up at the end of the session, at the next session if the group was using an infinite deck the GM has to very tediously remove any leftover bennies instead of one simple recall command. The recall command bizarrely doesn't work with infinite decks if you have more than one player. Only after the GM has removed any leftover bennies can the GM now make a simple "give everyone 3 bennies" command. I know the roll20 wiki recommends using infinite decks for Bennies on the Savage Worlds page, but it turned out to be too much of a hassle for me. Instead I just created a plain deck with multiple cards and figure that we're probably never going have more than 30 bennies in hand :P OP, unfortunately I did not find a way to easily duplicate cards. According to this thread you can try weighting the cards, although that requires some probability calculations, or if you were a mentor you might be able to use the transmogrifier,
My experience with "infinite" decks are they don't really work well at all. Like Toboe, in SW I tend to use decks with 30-40 cards that are all the same.
Infinite decks were originally only designed for having 1 card in it and would just repeat that same card. I ran into this issue myself a few days ago in my own personal game and investigated myself. We are looking to change this to continue repeating all the cards in the infinite deck. Also, the recall feature for infinite decks is bugged when trying to recall after dealing out multiple cards. I have made the other devs aware of this and I will try to post back here or in another post when this issue has been resolved.

That's great, we ran into the recall bug the other day in the game I co-gm for. It was kind of a usability hiccup for him as he's blind and it wasn't immediately apparent it hadn't worked as intended.
I had the same issue. I just wanted to add an idea, in case someone is planning to work to implement random infinite decks. It would be nice to implement the repetition of a card in the deck, without need to create all the identical cards. For instance a deck consisting on 7 green, 3 blue, 1 red may be created by uploading just 3 cards and set the number of repetitions rather than upload 11 images.

This feature is being asked for in the Suggestions & Ideas forum. You should upvote it there to give it more attention. https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1240005/enhanced-card-deck-features
