Pop out Turn order

My group and I all think that the Roll 20 app would be a lot better if it were possible to pop out the turn order display like you can do with many of the other windows. This would be helpful as (at least in our games) the turn oder display is in the way a lot of the time and since it we use it, it can not be just taken off screen by the GM.
