Getting from app.roll20.net/users/... to community.roll20.net/profile/...

Hello, Someone requested to join my game but I want to send them a message to make sure they can make the time and all that. However, the only link I can find associated with the player is through the campaign page which sends me to their app.roll20.net/users/... profile page. I can't figure out any way to either send them a message through this profile or to get to their community.roll20.net/profile/... page where I would be able to send a message. I tried just substituting app/community and users/profile in the URL but it didn't work. Am I missing something obvious here? If not, is there a reason why these two profiles aren't connected or that there's no way to send a message to someone through the app.roll20.net page? Or is this just something that's still under development and will be changed at some point? Anyway, thanks for the help!

They are two separate apps with the forums being a generic 3rd party forum application. Many users only have a roll20 account and have never come to the forums. That said adding more messaging features into roll20 itself is on the roadmap.
