Im setting up a map for my group and we want to use a projector. Is there a way to get rid of the toolbar on the right side of the screen when you are in a campaign?

Yes, there is a little rectangular button to hide the sidebar. The button is near the top-left side of the sidebar (top right of the screen in general).
