(GMT) New D&D 5e player looking for friendly group

Hi I am a new D&D 5e player. I have played the beginner box but my friends decided it wasn't for them. I really want to join a group that will help me develop my D&D skills and knowledge. I am GMT based but work lots of shifts. So I might not be able to game on the same days every week. But I will always give my shift patterns. I also have kids so I am looking for something the runs evening time.

I'd be interested in a GMT playtime usually free sunday / monday / tuesday evenings preferably monday . im relativly new to roll20 and dnd but ive played a couple of 5e campaigns as a fighter so i can probably join and play well enough as that.

I don't really want to DM if I can help it. I am still pretty new to the system so I want to play, especially a magic class, to build my skills.

I .... have been a DM before and I would be more than willing to fill that role, if there's no already-qualified DM that wants to join. (Though I haven't been a DM for 5e)
