[LFG] Diaspora (FATE) Game

I have been looking at FUDGE/FATE/FAE for years without ever giving them a real spin. I was looking about for a hard science fiction game and came across Diaspora , bought it on general principle (I am a bit of a collector ) and was wondering if anyone was running or intending to run such a game on here (or online in general, for that matter). I have to be admit: it's been umpteen months since I've read the FATE rules, and I have not read Diaspora because I've had it for a couple of hours. That being said I'm reasonably literate, and if I could find someone running it I'd be happy to learn. I love stuff like Atomic Rockets and RocketPunk , all the old Campbell science fiction, etc. and, while physics and cosmology are a bit much math for me, do enjoy the bits of it I can understand.

I would be down to play Diaspora as well. I do not think the version of fate they use is as tight as Fate core, but I would totally be down to play it.

I've been wanting to try out Diaspora for a while. I've played a smidge of FATE Core and long ago lots of Traveller, but haven't played Diaspora yet. only hitch - My schedule is likely to be sporadic and I might have to find a mechanism to only be an intermittent player. That said, system and character creation is half the fun, so I'd be up for a start on that if you're still looking. Also, riffing off of Shannon's comment, I could see running some house modifications to line up with Fate Core more. Just a thought.
