I log into the dev server fine and select the "Copy from production" button. The page comes up with the drop downs showing me all my prod server campaigns but after I select one I click the "I'm Ready, Create Campaign" button and nothing happens. No errors or page loading notification just nothing. The page doesn't seem to be hung since the other navigation links work on the menu bar. I've tried this in Chrome, Firefox, and IE and same results each time, and all extensions and add-ons have been disabled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
