Is individual volume control possible? Mic levels vary widely between players and it would be grand if you could fiddle with the volumes like in Google hangouts.

You might consider making a suggestion in the Suggestions and Ideas forum for this idea. It's certainly something I'd like to be able to use, probably there are many others that feel the same way.
