Unable to Upload Pictures to Library

I'm having the problem that inside and outside of the game, I am unable to upload my own pictures to the library. I click on the upload button, and nothing ever appears to let me upload my pictures. Trying to drag and drop them does not work either. It's only been the last two days this has been happening, previously it worked fine. The images are small enough file sizes to upload, and my internet connection is fine, so I don't know what is preventing me from uploading my pictures.

Have you changed anything with your setup in the last few days? Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page (temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause any anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) ) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If none of that resolves the issue, follow Step 4 , so that we can have this information to further assist you.

Alright, I went through your steps, and it's working again. Thanks for your time, i'll remember to check over those steps first next time I have a problem.
