I know it defaults to D&D 4e measurements. Is there a way I can set it to Pathfinder so I don't have to worry about setting it to PF every time I make a new campaign?
New Campaign? no. When you create your first page, set it up the way you want the majority of your campaign to look and use the Copy Page feature instead of inserting new pages blank.
