LFP need couple more players for fate game set in eberron

Enjoy fantasy role playing games that can focus a little more on character development (as individuals & within the world both) than your standard hack and slash guided trip through the baddie of the week for the wandering band of homicidal hobos? Fate is the game for you & I'm looking for a couple more players for a thursday evenings (east coast usa/newyork time) game! "How does it do that you might ask?.. Well here is sort of a mental primer & quick heads up on jumping mental tracks from standard 3.5/pathfinder style crunch gameplay to the more sandboxed style fate allows. We will be playing somewhere in d&d's Eberron in a corner decided between the group & gm together, so rather than trying to read up on the thousands of pages written about Eberron by our favorite well known coastal wizard, check out the tvtropes page for Eberron instead. While you are skimming that, don't forget to download the free rules for fate core . skype will be used for voice chat (microphone required!) and roll20 will be used for the tabletop/dice side of things. Maybe we will play in the city of graywall(or like it) occupied by monsterous races, maybe even the kennels district where humans tend to live. Maybe you grew up a war orphan who's mother was supported by the "evil" church of the Dark Six. Maybe you are a shifter blacksmith who lives in fear of some misguided lawful good templar of the silver flame slaughtering you one day like your great great something or other was? Maybe you are a simple warforged like this one (watcher) who decided today was the day to..... Whatever you wind up being down the road, Eberron is still a bit of a crapsack world filled with chessmasters where every baker, stableboy, & farmhand is almost certain to know one or two little spells to get them through the day & use them semi-regularly. If you think you might be interested, send me a PM with a little about yourself, some info on your rpg experience/history, and maybe favorite types of games/characters.Since skype will be used, dont forget to include your skype ID either
I'll give you a player if you have need I run a lot of them so don't have a lot of time to read a whole bunch of home rules and the like but if you don't mind a player just winging it on his limited knowledge of Fate Core I'd be down to provide a warm body.

There really aren't going to be any home rules beyond using the freeport companion approaches (str/dex/con/int/will/cha) & its magic system for the chalk outline training wheels they offer in bridging the gap for players new to fate from 3.5/pg type backgrounds, but they are still pretty much just the core rules with a bit of paint & structural outlines as training wheels
Looks like we might have come close to filling up, but if there is someone out there still interested in a fate game set in eberron, get in touch with me
