I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. Please view and follow all of the instructions on the Audio Visual Troubleshooting wiki page, it should help you. If the wiki does not solve your problem, head back over to this thread and let us know any additional details to help us further figure out your issue. Now with that posted, did you have another person with you in the room? If not the audio/video feed is disabled by default. If you had you and other people (one or more extra) and you don't have audio/video after the troubleshooting, try following Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
