Top menu not working

Hi Since the new look my top menu doesn't work particularly well. My main issue is that the notifications don't work. I can't access the anything via that menu (it opens via a drop down but nothing is actually enabled in it) or dismiss them once I've found them in another way and read them. Any thoughts?
Also I can't even access my account or profile via the menu
