D&D Character sheet drop downs

The Character sheet needs to have a drop down selection for the inventory. This way when you put an explorers pack or so on it doesnt take up as much space, this would also let you list your things in the bag for future use. Right now im having to use a seperate page just for a bag and listing whats inside it.

You're going to need to specify which D&D sheet you're speaking about. There are several versions, and some versions have more than one sheet.
My players tend to use page 1 for the personal inventory, page 2 for containers like packs and sacks, and page 3 for stuff they keep on pack mules or at the stronghold. We use the 5th edition shaped character sheet. They also have a handout that serves as a 'group loot' container, where they keep track of treasure that hasn't been claimed or divided yet, it's assumed the barbarian is lugging that around. It might be nice if there was a way to 'pop out' containers in the inventory section, but we're not really having any usability issues at present with the current sheet.

I'm expanding inventory to be 20 per page - hopefully that doesn't cause you too much grief. @Tim: I don't understand what you mean by "drop down". Inventory items shouldn't have sub items - if you want to do that then just list all the items individually.
I am speaking about D&D 5th edition, i for the sake of origination it would at the very least if not having drop downs on inventory slots could you allow the editing of the page names? Like instead of Page 2 i name it Backpack, and so on.

Tim was using the original sheet.  I'm the DM for our campaign.
