Burnt Out Planning for Nothing

Looking for a 5th edition D&D group. Tired of planning and creating games and nothing happening. I just want to play. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are best for me. I don't want to do a single session game and I'd like to join something as a Tier 1 character. The Forgotten Realms 5E campaign here was extremely rude and they give all characters a free feat which is a headache I don't want to deal with. I'm adaptable to any play style but I prefer dangerous games with moral gray area. I'm very accommodating and can help with anything, I just want to actually do something. Especially if it's tonight.

Right Now I have a problem getting my Private Messages, so I can send you one but cannot access a response, so you will have answer here in the forum... Game plays from 7:00 PM CST until about 10:00 PM CST, a 3 hour session... We use Hangouts as the Voice Chat and don't use video at all... I will be in the Game around 6:00 PM CST if you want to come in and create a character using our creation guidelines... -Ajax

Hey Ryan K. Sorry to hear you had those experiences. It sounds like you are pretty helpful and willing to adjust. You might take a look at our Posting to LFG: Read First - it includes information on what to post in your LFG thread. You might also consider adding a few positive questions for your potential new players, like a screening process to help you find what you are looking for in a group! Good luck!

Sorry ya had such a bad experience with Forgotten Realms 5E. &gt;.&lt; I don't organize or moderate the games over there anymore, but I do run the newbie campaign Koltyr more suited for newer players to DnD. His name is Silenze or something. I asked what are the rules for creating a new character and he told me I was stupid because it's in the new player's section. I go to the new player's section and it's only the PHB and other PDFs with no rules on what character rules are for the campaign. No one wanted to help and what they did post was unhelpful links that had nothing to do with what I asked about. Instead of answering questions I was just told Silenze was too busy, yet he wasn't doing anything except chatting with another GM, who also didn't help me. All I wanted to know is what races and classes are allowed, how do we get our stats are we rolling, buying or arraying? Do we roll for trinkets? Do we get Elemental Evil trinkets? And all manner of other very simple questions that are essential to creating a character that Forgotten Realms 5E and it's GM's refuse to answer and are rude about it to boot.
