Uploading Image Problem!

when I try to upload a picture, it says its too big, bad connection, not the right format or something. I have tried it with all picture formats and it doesn't work! Help?

What is the size of the Image you are trying to upload (on disk size, in megabytes). Also, where are you trying to upload it?  (Drag to VTT, Upload link in your Library, etc?) Maximum file size for a free account is 5 megabytes.  If your image is larger than that, you can try converting it to a compressed format (like JPG), or breaking it into multiple images.
18.8 kb, I'm in my campaign I'm DMing, I clicked the picture icon, opened up the window, clicked upload, then clicked choose file and I'm trying to upload it from my pictures library on my computer.
I've even tried dragging it to the window, and it doesn't work. Same message.
Also all the handouts I had are gone!

Do all images fail for you?  (Moving this to Bugs and Technical issues).

Let's go ahead and establish a baseline: Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

I tried uploading your image to a test game using various methods with no issue.  This seems like it might be a local browser issue, or possibly a bug based on what browser you're using.  (I'm using the latest version of Chrome)
Well... seems it was addons. Thanks.
