What are the precise size (in pixels) of each size of an image on a hex map? Medium (1 hex) = ? px Large (1 size up) = ? pixels Huge (1 size up - nearly a "5 foot burst" from 4e) = ? pixels Gargantuan (1 size up - "5 foot burst" plus some of the surrounding) = ~280 by 280 px Colossal (1 size up) = ? px 1 size up = ~424 by 424 px Does anyone have any precise numbers for this? Is it just 70x70 for each step like grid squares are? https://wiki.roll20.net/Image_Best_Practices_for_Roll20 EDIT: increasing by 70 width and height at each interval seems correct based on my primitive tests.

IIRC, 70px is only correct in one direction (depending on whether you have H or V hexes), as the hexes don't fit perfectly within a square.

70 is the jump for each tier of image size. Hexes are indeed ~76x90. I'm making spell templates for hexes. still working out the exacts. EDIT: tested out 60 foot burst. The hexes are 75x90.
Does this help you at all creature size in hexes for 3rd edition D&D ? It also has spell template sizes in hexes.

However spells are centered on intersections - not the center of the hex. So I've been making hex templates based on that.
