Looking for Advice on Playing Battletech on Roll20

I am sure I've seen posts on the G+ community (sad that the best SocNet never could break FB's hold. It really was the superior...) where folks have played Battletech on Roll20, but I'm not sure where I want to start with setting up a game for some friends of mine. I want to keep it simple to begin with, lance vs. lance, 'Mechs only, standard conditions, that sort of thing. How are record sheets setup? Torso twisting handled? Anything I'm not thinking of that I should take note of?

Just a quick note, I've got some solutions but I'm not at home currently. I'll get back to you later today.

Honestly, while you can play BattleTech in real life with shotgun shells for your mechs, I would recommend against playing BattleTech on roll20 for online play. Below, I have a link to a BattleTech simulator that lets you and your friends play without touching the rule books or augring over how your Mech wasn't twisted to snap off all three of your Awesome's PPCs. http://sourceforge.net/projects/megamek/ Should only need to worry about Port Forwarding and having JAVA installed (most PCs have installed as a default) at most to get the program running. Edit: No text or voice chant in megamek, so you'll have to use Google Handout or Roll20 for that. Organization for a campaign game would go easier with using roll20 to share all public data for the game's players.
Recommendation noted, but I'm interested in doing it anyway. I'd love to get the flow down well enough to eventually start a hybrid AToW/Battletech Solaris League started. I've tried Megamek before, it isn't bad, but I wish it were browser based like the Succession Wars game.
