Dynamic Lighting Bug

I'm seeing a problem with the line of sight calculation. I have global illumination switched on, with some lines in the dynamic lighting layer representing an indoors location, with a large chunk of the map 'outdoors' with no obstructions. A character deep inside the indoors region can somehow see some parts of the outside. The map is 200x120 squares in size. I've included two screenshots below - one showing what the character can see, the other the dynamic lighting layer showing the black lines which should be blocking line of sight (NB, the black line doesn't currently run up the full length of the dark orange section on the right, but LOS should still be blocked by the individual rooms.

There used to be an issue were DL failed after a certain distance on large maps... certainly in line with something of this size but as far as I'm aware Steve fixed it. I'll escalate this for his attention but in the meantime it might be worth going through the tech help steps: Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

I'd repeated it on both Chrome (44) and Firefox (39) on Ubuntu 14.04, and Chrome on ChromeOS (latest version). On Firefox I cleared the cache and disabled all plugins. The result is pretty similar (it's actually slightly different, but the map's changed a bit since the original screen shot (it's now about twice as big plus a few extra obstructions) and the basic problem is the same). Javascript is enabled, the only plugin is AdBlock (none on Firefox), and I'm not running anti-virus.
