3D Dice Don't Match Results In Chat Log

I'm not having this issue specifically, but one of my players is noting that when he rolls the 3d dice, the results as shown in the chat log don't always reflect what the dice show.  On occasion I'll have a die or two reflect a different number then what is shown, but this player seems to be having the issue with nearly every toss of the dice.  Anyone else experiencing this issue?   Another of my players reported that in one of his other groups, this is also an issue - so they've stopped using 3d dice altogether.  I really like the 3d dice, though, especially with the new addition of being able to control the speed and direction with which they are thrown - so I don't want to abandon using them.  However, my player who is experiencing the problem is feeling a bit cheated - especially when the die shows a natural 20, but the chat log results show something entirely different. Any assistance with this issue is greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your time and input.

API Scripter
Are the players in question using an API script such as HB's power cards? I know that some older versions of that script ignored your original roll entirely and rerolled all your dice when constructing the output. I don't recall whether that has changed or not.

The current version does ignore the original roll. It was too much work to keep it the other way when I added conditionals. I tried adding 3D dice support to powercards... and it doesn't work right now. Waiting on a reply from Riley. Even then, I don't know if it will work properly... since the dice would be rolled twice and you'd get two sets of 3D dice results. The initial roll from chat and then the roll from the script.
We're not currently using any API scripts.  Still rather new to roll20 and am still learning the ins and outs of API - so for now we're just using the standard 3d dice.
It happened yesterday in one of my games to a player.  It is a dragon age game and the 3D dice showed three 1's (the worst you can get) and started describing his horrible failure and the rest of us all saw a completely different result in chat where the dice came up as a success.  Everyone just turned 3D dice off after that. Not running any API scripts just using macros.

Before we dive into the guts of the issue, we're going to need you to do a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If one of those does fix the issue, just let us know :) If none of that resolves the issue, please follow Step 4 , so that we can have this information to further assist.

Thank you for your response.  I'll forward this to my player who is having the issue.  It appears that some of the issue has been fixed with the new updates to the 3d dice.  I informed him to turn off the "automatically roll 3d dice" and that alone seems to have solved some of the discrepancies.  I will suggest, however, that he perform the usual troubleshooting to see if that further helps in fixing the issue.  Thank you again for your time.  :)
I think we've got this fixed now (both for "automatically rolling" and if you roll them using the new "force agency" options). Let me know if you see this issue again with it not matching the result.
Thank you very much for your attention.  You guys are the best!  :)
