Subscription problem

I have been informed that roll20 can't use the card I've been using to pay for my monthly Supporter subscription, and I'm trying to sort it out. I assume the problem was that my prepaid card had run out of cash (when roll20 attempted to extract last month's payment). I have since charged it with cash (more than enough for the 1 year plus-account subscription which I requested), but roll20 doesn't seem to accept the card any longer. Please inform me what is the problem? I don't have another card to use, could it be that your automatic payment system refuses the card without checking it again, since it was denied in the past (before it had run out of credits)? This is the same card I had been using to pay my supporter level for the past 2+ years. Thanks in advance!
