Is the email-based support for "Pro" Users working?

*shuffles in* So, uh... Recently (19th of last month) I tried to contact the support via mail as mentioned in the title and regret to say that I haven't heard anything back yet. It basically was about the possiblity to recover a deleted library item as said item was, of course, the worldmap for the campaign (well, a large chunk of it). Not sure if thats even possible, but thats why I asked. :) I see these options: - the email adress doesn't actually work - my mail landed in the spam folder because that happens - my question was ridiculous so people are still recovering from laughter and/or just not bothering to reply because they can't fix my problem. Essentially, I'm really just trying to rule out that the mail adress isn't actually used anymore or something. I would appreciate any feedback. *sheepishly shuffles back out*
Hey Mouse, I searched our help software for a ticket matching the email for your profile (<a href="mailto:psy...@yah" rel="nofollow">psy...@yah</a>...) and I didn't see anything come up. So it's possible we never got it, sorry! The email definitely does work though, as we get a lot of email every day :-) Was the item you deleted an image you uploaded? And are you saying you no longer have the original to re-upload? Or...? If you deleted it unfortunately it's permanently removed from our servers. If you don't have the original I might be able to find a cached copy someplace since it's pretty recent....do you know what the URL was?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Yeah, thats the mail adress I used - seems it just got lost in cyberspace then, sorry. Yes it was an uploaded image and once I joined roll20 I didn't keep the original around because hey, I had it in the library after all *coughs* I looked for it online for hours as well but couldn't find it, so it seems I probably am indeed out of luck. It was essentially the bigger part of the worldmap in my Two Worlds campaign and I'm sorry to say I don't even remember the file name it had back then. I uploaded it ages ago when the campaign was created... edit: good to hear the mail adress does work though! sorry for bugging people about it :)
