Yay super heroes? I recommend d20herosrd.com, a.k.a. Mutants and Masterminds Third Edition, a.k.a. DC Adventures for super hero role playing fun! Mainly because of the license allowing all your players and GM to get to the rules via the website. On roll20 super hero games alone I've played as about 50ish heroes in various one shots and aborted campaigns. I like city defenders as a super heroes campaign, There's a GM homebrew city, the players are that city's super hero team, the larger universe is slightly different but similar to an established universe, like Marvel, DC, a homebrew amalgam, or a complete fabrication, and there's trouble brewing. One of the campaigns I was actually in the longest was set in space, we spent a lot of time on the starship, but we also had a planet of the week kind of adventure. Of course my favorite setting is my own homebrew setting.
