I know colorful Macros are really great but for Speed of Play I am going to try a new set up for all my NPCs and Monster Rolls, and still being able to Expose as Much Table Top as Possible. Screen Shot of the simple set up, a Poor Druid surrounded by three orcs who happened into his camp.
Since I know that these orcs have a +3 to their Melee attacks It's easy to just use the dice roller to roll a d20 and add three as you would have to do in an RL game. If it's a hit boom hit the d8 in the roller add 2, "Bob's your Uncle".
