Missing former menu items

Okay so I am getting used to the new interface but a few things seem to be missing.  Most notably: On the old log in page the devs always kept the number of people who had accounts updated (at least to the next lowest 50,00 increment).  Now do we just have to wait until someone post that they crossed a new benchmark? There used to be a way to see how much money you had and where toward your goals you were (ie.: +3 to growth).  Is that no longer supported?
We're trying to figure out how we want to let folks know about that information.  Previously the total account number was manually updated, and so it actually got outdated past 50,000 a good many times.  I'd expect now that we're past a million users (and adding around 1,500 accounts a day), we'll probably take a more passive approach to this. Maybe announce big numbers every once in awhile, but overall focus on individual big days and peak times. Money-wise, we're in very healthy shape right now, and actively want to take focus off of "worrying" about us. If we ever see regular decline that can't be corrected, I think we'd notify the community... but overall we think folks shouldn't need to be concerned about our ability to work on the site, hire necessary contractors, etc.  That, however, is separate from communication as to what we're working towards during any given time frame. We've had a lot of discussions about improved conveying of what's happening behind-the-scenes (which the general +3 to growth didn't really accomplish either). More forum posts, blog posts, and the like are part of our plan for that. Today we had our first kick-off meeting for the next compact update, so expect information to start coming out in the next two weeks as we start having something to present!
