New Player LFG (D&D)

Hello! I've never played Dungeons and Dragons before, or any other Tabletop RPG for that matter. It's always been something that has interested me but could never find a group to play it.  I live in the United States, EST. I'm free on every day of the week except for Thursday before 2:00PM  I do however have one problem, in that I am physically mute. I know that will be a huge issue, but I would still really love to find a group to play with.  -Jessica

Is there a particular version of DnD You are looking to play? As for hte mute thing it shouldnt be a problem for anyone thought thats just me talking.

Any version of DnD is fine with me. However I know the most about next and 4e, which isn't a whole lot. 

Well if you want I can help you start getting into 4e and getting a character built and etc. Got a campaign going on weds and thurs I can ask the DM's if the will allow another.

well I might have a spot in a 3.5 training game... We are planing on sunday night

@Cody P - I would definitely appreciate that. However what time on Thursdays? I usually schedule appointments and such on Thursday mornings. @Dustin H - Is there a huge difference between 4e and 3.5? Like I said I'm new at this, but that would also be very appreciated. 

kinda, but I am running a game for people who have never played d&d period. So you would be one of the few who might actually recognize terms and such not.

Would be thurs night around 7ish EST. 3.5 does have some significant differences on ...well...just about the entire thing lol. Depending on what you are looking for in a playstyle will be the determining factor on which one you would want to choose. Combat is a bit more indepth and intruiging imo in 4e where the RP aspects of 3.5 shine more. TLDR 4e focuses more on combat most of the time where 3.5 has more for hte RP standpoint.

Yep, If you do want to try to get into 4e as well just let meknow. I can link you the builder and a bunch of other stuff that helps out.  The Campaign im in on Weds has a good amount of new players and I beleieve the thursday one The GM Myself and a couple of hte others are more than willing to help out newer people to hte game.
