Creation of Character Sheets Outside of Gameplay

It would be cool to be able to create and adjust character sheets outside of a game. This would allow people to build shells for standard games and be able to do quick adjustments for games with unique rules or guidelines. Depending on technical issues, server space, players could be limited to a certain number of sheets, or the feature could be limited to plus and/or pro players.
It sounds like you're describing the character vault, a subscriber feature which allows you to export a character from one game and import it into another game (if that game allows character imports, which is up to the GM).  You can set up a dummy campaign, create your character there, and then export it into your vault to send to other games.
That's true. I just figured cutting out the middle man of the dummy campaign would save so time and server space.
