I put money onto my card and without any sort of permission asked or warning it automatically took the pro subscription money off of my card. i really need that and i'm hoping that seeing as the subscription only took the money not an hour before me posting this i can get it refunded. I'd like to stress that i really need that money back seeing as i only have 19 dollars left on my card.

There should be a Cancel Subscription button halfway down the page. If that does not work, I would recommend emailing <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> for assistance.
