Hello, I no longer have a envelope icon at the Top Right of my screen allowing me to see my new messages and forum post responses. I have seen previous closed topics on this issue but there seems to be no method posted on how to resolve the issue. As you can see there is no more icon for me to access. I have tried following the normal bug resolution protocols outlined in the main forum post (switching browsers, clearing caches, etc.)
