Basically as said in the title, I'm looking for a D&D 5E game thats willing to accept someone who hasn't played D&D or 5E (have played pathfinder, even GMed, but rules bloat and player disagreements killed it for me.) I have about a year's experience with roll20 so not a complete newbie, and while i have read the 5E PHB, I haven't been able to find a first game/campaign yet, and I don't have any real experience with traditional D&D settings. I'm a team player that prefers cooperative roleplay and fantasy to grit and realism (I play 40k dark heresy, don't need more grit than that). Also, I like more personal groups, and large campaigns with drop-in drop-out just feel empty to me. Currently I would like to play a paladin, but i can play just about any role needed. I am available afternoons and evenings CST currently, aside from wednesday and saturday evening.
