Basic game premise:
"Escape From Darkfall Prison"
The small kingdom of Athiria is known as a pocket of oppression and misery in the world. Unjustly imprisoned you have suffered in the deepest level of their most heinous dungeon for what might be a year or more. The story begins on the third morning with no food. The Athirians have done this before, but three days is unheard of - it appears the jailers have vanished. Running out of rats, escape is your only hope. Except you hear... sounds echoing in the walls and from above. Strange unearthly sounds that make you pray to your god for strength, because escaping your cell may not be the most difficult challenge you face.
