LF1 Replacement for 3.5 Campaign (Longterm/Open World)

*PST Based, flexbile hours. To get in contact, post here/pm me, or message me on Skype @ hayes.grady.m (picture of a grey cat). - Total party size of 4, will decide schedules based upon player availability, hopefully playing once a week. The best days so far are any but Tues/Thurs, but they can work if necessary. - The world is almost entirely homebrew, and any WOTC book is allowed as long as its checked with the DM first. - This will be a very high-power campaign, and the players will very likely die if they make the wrong choices in the wrong situation. If you choose to go to an area which I've planned to be far above your level and rush in without any planning or scouting, do not expect any sympathy when that Lich TPK's. Though, I won't be too harsh, you'll have warnings beforehand and chances to escape (to a point) if you're in over your head. - Combat will require working together and executing sound strategy and tactics. If one member of the party charges in ahead of the group with no warning, they will very like get both themselves and the party killed. - I'm extremely open to player suggestion and love to hear feedback and ideas from my players as to what they're looking for in a campaign. A good character background and motivation makes my job a thousand times easier and provides a lot more immersion. Currently looking to replace one of our players who will be unable to make games unfortunately. The campaign has been running for a while (PCs are currently level 7), but the party is at a fairly good point to bring someone else into the game. World Background/Lore teaser: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RPnRu0zUU3CbrY_zVk7TVcCFZqfyDetggt17upbk4IY/edit?usp=sharing
Sounds intresting, have a few questions but a bit about me first: Iv been playing D&D for about 14 years, started in 3e (then 3.5 shortly after), recently spent about 2 years in a 3.5 game. Have mostly DMed but had my fair share of playing. Also dabbled in systems like Rogue Trader, Black Crusade, Shadowrun and FATE. So, when you say 'very high power' do you mean characters that are ultra optometrist? (ie is this a campaign for power games only) Iv reworded this question a few times... 'Do you have an idea of what you will allow and what you wont?' Iv played games that where kinda ruined by the DM always saying yes, letting the players use cross system rules and house ruling others to the point where characters where viable gods and the sessions became 'what crazy thing will we do today' rather than 'what challenges shall we face today' I hope that makes sense, still not 100% happy with the wording. -sigh- Whats the current Party comp? Are you looking for the Holy Trinity?
Clarification on times: Probably best to start between 3-5pm PST.
