Roll20 newbie trying to get players to be able to play his game.

So I'm having a problem here.  I'm trying to run a private game for some of my friends and I, and I can't seem to get Roll20 to recognize that they are actually in the game.  They've all logged in to the game, but when they get on they don't show up in any way, and when I log out it doesn't say that they are a player in the game.  So I must ask what exactly is going on here, and how do I fix it?

Alright, the problem has been fixed. Apparently the player in question had been signed in as myself when we were trying to set up the game, and that caused problems, to say the least.  That said everything is sorted out now.
