Can't join game

Can't join game.  I click "join game" and I am getting a lot of broken image links and no frames. See below:  I've done all the things asked of me in the "Solving Technical Issues" wiki page. My computer settings:  Chrome, Version 44.0.2403.157 m, Windows 8.1, javascript is enabled, Antivirus - McAfee, All extensions disabled. Console settings are in screen shot.

yeah, this is happening for me too, can't join any game, if it's a problem on Roll20, hope it gets sorted soon

Also cannot get in - from any of my devices (so not a cache issue) and on any of the browsers we have. I have tried two different games (one I am a PC and one a DM) - nope nope nope. Game in 6 hours :( seems to be working for all other people in the group.

Also getting this issue, tried resetting my cache and using various browsers, as well as changing games.

I am having same iussue, I hope they fix it soon I have game on sunday and we are going to playing on Roll20 :(

left it for a bit, to see if they fixed it, nope, still keeps going to editor.... I have game in 10 hours, they best fix it lol

Same problem, reproduced on four different browsers across two different computers.

Yeah... my game starts in three hours.   Hopefully it'll be fixed by then, but nobody official has even acknowledged there's a problem yet.

I am in Derby, England.  My Internet Service Provider is British Telecom (BT)

When I attempt to join the game, I get a largely blank screen with this error: “Encoding::UndefinedConversionError: "\xC3" from ASCII-8BIT to UTF-8”. Additionally, the HTTP status is 500 for “ <a href="https://app.roll20.net/editor/”" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/editor/”</a> . My ISP is located in West Texas. (AT&T)

That's just started for me too. &nbsp;Hopefully a sign it is getting fixed :D

LA , Ca USA and Encoding::UndefinedConversionError: "\xC3" from ASCII-8BIT to UTF-8 is the same error I get

I'm just going to guess that they're trying to fix the problem and somebody missed a “#encoding: utf-8” at the top of a file. :)

I'm also in England, was working earlier, about 12 or so hours ago, now which ever device I try ( tried, Desktop, Laptop and Ipad) it goes to screen which in address says editor.

Mine just loaded, it appears properly.

It's gone back to the original problem

UK Wales Newport so it looks like Europe or the UK having problems.

The "Encoding::UndefinedConversionError: "\xC3" from ASCII-8BIT to UTF-8" issue should be resolved now. We are still working on the other, original issue.

Scottish Borders reporting in for the original bug. ISP is BT.

england leeds ISP is BT as well.
