Advice please: Best way to group video in UK/Europe

I'm new to Roll20.  When it was recommended to me by friends in the UK.  The first thing they said was to not use the group video in Roll20 because it wasn't great in the UK (I'm guessing because American servers). I've run a couple of games using Roll20 and Skype.  It's been okay, but Skype doesn't seem to like it when two people speak at once.  So I thought I'd ask for a broader set opinions: So folks across the pond, what do you think is the best way to group video when using Roll20?

I'm in Australia and play with North Americans and South East Asians using the Google+ Hangouts method and it works well.

Hello Jamie. Many people use the built in video and voice and have no problems but many use Google+hangouts for their video and voice needs. Best way to group video is very subjective topic and I would recommend for you and your group just to try out various methods to find the best one for you all. How to use google hangouts for roll20 wiki page.

Tried (in France) Skype, Roll20 and Google Hangout. Best have been (stability wise) Hangout.
"It's been okay, but Skype doesn't seem to like it when two people speak at once." What do you mean by this? Skype works fine with multiple people talking for me. Roll20 and Skype is what we've used in the UK.
I've never had a problem with my players using the internal video chat. We're all UK based, a group of 5 players plus DM.
I must admit I'm a complete dunce when it comes to these social media sites, as I never use them normally.  I've set up a Google Hangout, but have no idea how it works or how it links to Roll20.  I'm hoping my son will help me out but he prefers mumble so he's not keen to help, and when I tried to use mumble I couldn't get any sound through my headset so had to give up on it.  If it works straight out of the box I'm usually ok, but anything that needs techno-savvy to set-up is a lost cause.
