So figured would check to see if people are still looking. I won't be able to constantly GM a monday group but I will definitely be able to every other week unless we can get another who would be able to gm a session every other week or so. Here is something I posted in another game that I applied for before realizing it was not Fantasy Flight....really wish they would separate the systems on the searching for group but meh at least we can find them. Also below are character examples of ones I have played or am still playing off and on. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The below was when I thought it was Fantasy Flight. I would still love to play but I have never played saga edition...I do have them just never played it. Edge of the Empire was the first time I found a star wars group that actually played. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So basically I have been playing star wars with a group of friends in this specific system since the beta release of Edge of the Empire on Saturdays. Sadly I have a new job that makes it hard for me to attend most of their sessions but I would love to re-create my character for this game. I play support and charismatic characters I will most likely make a performer or charmer if allowed and I can help with the rules along with tokens and maps. I own all the products from Fantasy Flight physically and I am out of work latest by 7pm est meaning an hour and a half before the time you listed above. Here are some examples of my characters I have played in Star Wars Fantasy Flight System -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- April Stones - Human Clone Spy Lilly was a failed clone who as a child found herself at a young age of 6 on the black market. She was bought by the Black Suns and raised to be a slicer for them. She never knew a life outside of the organization much untill she hit the age of 16 and was allowed to socialize a bit outside due to her adoptive father having a soft spot for her. Lilly became a bit of a problem when she started to see how others lived and began to want her own life. Her adopted father seemed to see her more as a toy than anything and she wanted out. She worked on a mission against the Black Suns by revealing secrets of the organization to the Jedi organization she was set to steal data from. Lilly was arranged and given a new name and life due to being placed in witness protection and is now aiding in taking down the black sun from the vital data she has from the time she lived and worked for them. Her new alias is April Stones. April was a character I made with my original star wars group that was based off an ocean 11 feel. Basically we all made alt characters to help break out our main characters from a prison that we were rping in for a long time. April aided in espionage and gathering the intel or items we were given for each task till we did the assault and helped the main crew we were hired to save escape. Believe that set of characters became similar to the Rebels in Star Wars rebels as a side unit aiding from time to time as npcs. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gwen Jones - Human Performer (Cantina singer / Voice of Rebellion) Original Gwen Jones - Explorer Trader before Performer was a class. My very first character and still most active. Gwen Jones is a daughter to a high noble trading family from Nar Shadda. Her sister is a rebel and was working against a few of the family clients. The hutt they served wound up catching wind and made Cammy a slave and killed the parents. Gwen began working for the hutt for Cammy's freedom by doing trades, capturing creatures for the arena pit with bolas and cages while she played bait at times, and even singing off and on. She wound up teaming up with a crew (The players) and slowly started to plot like her sister at teh Hutt's demise. Later Gwen traded her freedom for her sister's freedom after hearing the hutt enslaved Cammy again. Gwen had to train slaves and give them hope of earning their freedom which she knew was a lie. After months of being the Hutt's personal number one slave, her old friends arrived with some new faces and blew the Hutt's palace apart. This made a group of bounty hunters come after them. Gwen was now posing with a cantina band and was doing this on the side during their missions while they searched out the Jewel of Yavin and even posed as a show girl for a popular local racer named Ebak. After a while, Ebak, the han solo type racer and Gwen actually became one and the crew succeeded in finding a mentor Jedi who trained most of them who were force sensitive in the ways. Gwen was one of the few crew who did not have any force focus and was using her fame to charm and seduce her ways out of situations towards the crew's goal. The crew went to the planet Lanik where they wound up being captured and were in prison basically having almost two months of sessions as prisoners figuring out ways and cutting deals with guards to let them see each other at lunch meetings and other time frames. The head of the prison used Gwen and gave her really nice fashionable dresses to make the others in the prison be jealous of the special treatment but also to try and win her over. He used her for trades in exchange for items and seeing her friends and the jedi she called grandma (lies of course) so he could gain tons of money in the Dust trade basically the prison was a front for a huge drug traffic market. The crew was finally busted out and Gwen and Ebak grew closer winding up in Gwen becoming Pregnant. Since then due to real life she has become a voice and is kept at the homestead being their radio expert and voice for the rebels leaking info on the empire's plans and aiding in situations through talk and details while remaining safe. She is kind of the queen bee that takes care of many of the characters we saved through the game while being their negotiator and contact. Once in a blue moon she does leave to go aid them since I do have some Saturdays where I can attend the session with my old crew. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Princess Vissica - Selonian One of the few female born of the Selonian litter. She was always hanging around the queen and learning her role in Selonian hive society. A bounty hunter kidnapped her as an exotic slave but got into a conflict loosing her on Nar Shadda. Vissica was very agile and a warrior at heart leading to her seeking out the aid of a crew to aid them in her attempts to get back home.This character I played with my regular group of friends on Saturday when Gwen gave herself up for her sister and became a slave to the hutt for a few months. When Gwen got rescued Vissica moved on finding a way home we hope....but as it is in star wars who knows if she ever made it back to her planet. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amelia West - Ambassador Diplomat (Dark Side Tempted Apprentice before Force and Destiny) Amelia was the daughter to two diplomats. She hates red tape and lets her emotions control her. She also has been showing signs of being force sensitive and tends to lead to aiding people even if it means going darker in the way of handling things. This character wound up becoming an enemy due to teaming up with a sith and winding up sleeping with a clone commander and becoming the girlfriend of his. She died in battle but she convinced in her dying breath that the jedi were all sith and the clone wound up doing a party wipe believing the two other apprentices were sith spies. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Penny Kitten Snow - Human Smuggler (Street Rat) A street rat who is addicted to Booster Blue. She is basically the female version of Aladdin. This was a character played in a game that sadly died after 5 sessions but she was a connection focus knowing local gangs and crime but also focusing on trying to get her fix from the drugs.
