Allow importing sheets from popular sites

I think roll20 should support importing sheets from myth-weavers, SRD NPC pages, official PDF sheets and other popular sheet sites.

It would also help if the sheet creator was accessible to non-paying members for the purpose of creating community sheets. I find it somewhat odd that if have to pay if I want access to a tool that let's me make the site better for everyone.
